I'm not really sure how far we ran today, but we ran to JPJ, ran a lap around the track, and then ran back to Mem Gym. We were jogging for a total of about 25 minutes. I'm not usually a fan of running on tracks, but I kind of liked the mixture of track and street route. I'm pretty worried about Monday though, since I have no idea what a "tape workout"is other than it involves running on the track and that I will need to be bringing plenty of water.
